Position Summary:
We are in search of an enthusiastic and seasoned Business Office Manager to become an integral part of our product team. The ideal candidate will excel at scouting new business possibilities, spearheading product development negotiations, orchestrating inventory import agreements, and fortifying our ties with foreign manufacturers.
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate, develop, and manage business opportunities in the market.
2. Lead the negotiation and coordination of product development and import of inventory from vendors and manufacturers.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other relevant parties.
4. Understand and navigate customs, regulations, and import/export requirements.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies for the market, such as product development, marketing, logistics, and sales.
6. Collaborate with the team to ensure product quality and ensure shipment accuracy.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
2. Experience in a similar role.
3. Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
4. Comprehensive understanding of International business culture and practices.
5. Familiarity with import/export regulations and procedures.
6. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills.
