Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description:
SNI Technology is seeking a meticulous analyst to collect, synthesize, and organize technical data for various departments including sales, order management, supply chain, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for future users. Proficiency with PowerBI and Power Apps, along with a willingness to build reports before analysis begins, are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Gather data from primary or secondary sources and manage databases/data systems.
- Analyze data employing statistical methodologies and generate regular reports.
- Create and deploy databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to enhance effectiveness and precision.
- Employ data to tackle essential business inquiries, delivering insights of statistical significance.
- This individual will leverage their expertise in PowerBI and PowerApps to develop dynamic reporting solutions and streamline operational processes.
Experience Requirements:
- Proficiency with data management software, particularly Excel.
- Strong technological and computer skills, including familiarity with BI software, especially PowerBI, and application development with Power Apps.
- Thorough understanding of business policies and regulations.
- Knowledge of budgeting procedures, evaluation criteria, and resource planning.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an analyst role.
Work Environment:
- This position is on-site in a professional office environment.
- Regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and scanners.
- Ability to stand, walk, handle objects, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Comfort with kneeling, pivoting, and working in cramped positions is necessary.
