Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Analyst

Yellowstone Landscape is now hiring a Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Analyst for our Information Technology department at our corporate headquarters in Palm Coast, FL. The BI Reporting Analyst is responsible for analyzing and developing Business Intelligence and reporting solutions. The Candidate will work with stakeholders across the organization to identify data needs, create requirement documents and wireframes and develop reporting solutions to support business decision making efforts.

What you'll do:

• Developing and maintaining reporting solutions to support business decision-making, including dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and develop customized reporting solutions. While also converting requirements into wireframe and development stories.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by performing quality checks and validating data against source systems.
• Providing training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use reporting tools and solutions.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and data analysis and applying this knowledge to improve reporting processes and solutions.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide insights to support business initiatives and strategic planning.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Postgresql, Excel, and data visualization software such as Qlik or Power BI.
• Experience developing and maintaining reporting solutions, including dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data analysis results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
