Job description:

As a Business Development Representative at Synergy Companies, you will be a key player in our mission to drive growth and expansion. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, fostering lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering outstanding support. 
• Solution Sales: Work closely with clients to create customized energy-efficient solutions that align with their goals and objectives. 
• Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our wide range of energy existing client base, increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. 
• Market research: Stay informed about the energy industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the marketplace. 

Compensation and Benefits:

The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $53,000-$95,000, varying based on performance with uncapped new business commissions. With a wide range of products and services, cross selling to previous customers can exponentially increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual president’s million dollar club trip and bonus.
