Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an ambitious and knowledgeable Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to solicit new employers/schools in need of teachers under US visa programs and experience in recruiting and presenting H1B teacher & professional visa candidates to employers. This role involves contacting schools and school districts throughout the nation for H1B teacher visa sponsorship program, working closely with schools and candidates to facilitate the H1B visa sponsorship process, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with various school HR/Human Capital departments to assess their H1B Visa teaching needs and develop H1B teacher visa sponsorship relationships.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and candidates.
•Stay up to date on changes to H1B teacher visa regulations and policies and communicate updates to schools.
•Maintain accurate records of all H1B teacher visa sponsorship activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
•Collaborate with our internal team to ensure H1B teacher resumes, qualifications, and experience matches all USCIS requirements to ensure accurate resume and candidate selection for interviews and placement.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, is a plus.
•Strong understanding of staffing best practices.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to operate autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and staffing procedures.
