In order to continue our consistent rate of growth, noax Technologies is currently seeking a qualified candidate to grow our sales team.
Your Role
We are looking for a new member to join our dynamic and growing team.
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a pivotal role in our sales team and initiate, qualify and develop new business leads. The BDR is accountable for generating qualified leads and setting appointments for the sales team. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals while contributing to the company's success through your sales efforts.
Your Job:
• Prospect into new accounts on a daily basis by phone to introduce our panel PCs and identify sales opportunities.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to prospects.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting efforts.
• Schedule online presentations with prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM (HubSpot).

Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred; business or information technology major is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, particularly in B2B sales or cold calling, is a plus but not required.
• Enthusiastic for IT and high-tech products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with potential clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is desirable.
• A passion for sales and a willingness to learn and grow in a challenging and rewarding role.
• This role is not targeted at an experienced sales rep, rather an individual who is driven to learn and succeed with a great attitude - we will train you on the rest!
