$20.00/hour + Commission

We are excited to have a new class of Business Development Representatives to our growing sales team! LeadVision is a digital marketing firm that specializes in lead generation for niche markets. We use inbound marketing techniques to generate sales leads for many different products and services. We help businesses get in front of more potential customers, as well as helping consumers get free, comparable quotes for the products and services they are looking for. Some of our verticals include heavy machinery, bathroom remodeling, windows and hot tubs.

Responsibilities

• Call on prospects to subscribe to our lead generation service
• Use sales scripts and product knowledge to communicate value to potential customers
• Set appointments and transfer qualified opportunities to pod leader/closer
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on sales opportunities
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM
• Set clear expectations with all customers
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Consistently hit daily metrics and KPIs set by the Sales Manager

Skills/Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Energized by challenges and opportunities

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
