TLDR; We’re Looking for a Cold Call Specialist With Experience in the US Market - We Provide Marketing Services to Small Business in the United States - Ability to Work From Home or In Our Noida Office
About Us: We're a family owned Marketing Firm based in Connecticut called Mennr. We built our company in the states, but have since outsourced our operations to India where we now have an office in Noida. Along with this change came a remodeling of our brand image, so if you search for us on social don't be concerned when you don't see any activity since Jan 1st. Though our operations are no longer based in the US, we still maintain the same level of family-care; now with even more background support.
What We Do: Our focus is on enhancing the online presence of small service-based businesses in the US via our diverse range of services. This includes everything from SEO, PPC, and Social Media, to Digital TV Ads, Content Creation, and Website Design/Development.
What We Are Looking For: A English-speaking Cold Call Specialist with experience selling marketing services (or relevant) to US clients. This person will need to be able to work from 7am EST to 3pm EST Monday - Friday. HubSpot experience is a plus, though it is not a deal breaker for the right fit.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to small businesses in the United States (prospects).
- Identify and research potential small business in the United States we can add value to.
- Discover things the business isn't doing well/at all, and highlight aspects that add the most value to the prospects business.
- Ask questions and provide your input/suggestions.
- Effectively introduce yourself and Mennr in your introduction and fluently communicate your purpose for calling.
- Effectively showcase some shortcomings the prospects business currently has on the digital side that we can correct and construct questions for the prospect designed to get them talking and thinking on the call.
- Drive to a getting a more comprehensive audit done of the prospects business.
- Schedule follow-up calls with the prospects you cold called to review the full audit for the following week while on the call.
- After each call, promptly send out the meeting invite and a follow-up email introducing the account representative.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects until they have successfully signed with our company.
- Update CRM (Currently a neatly organized Excel that will soon be moved into HubSpot).
Here’s What The Pay Looks Like: Once leads are converted to a sale and successfully handed off to the account representative you receive 20% commission on the final sale. For bonus pay, every 3 businesses converted to a sale your commission increases +2%. This is reset every 6 weeks. Except to take home between $600 - $1,560 per month, not including monthly and quarterly rewards.
Typical Deal Size: $1,500 to $3,000, depending on the package and bundles.
Working Conditions:
- Monday - Friday
- 9am EST - 1pm EST (Lead Research to Prepare for the Day, recommendation)
- 1pm EST - 5pm EST (Calling, requirement)
- Fully remote (Hybrid Option, location dependent)
- Daily SCRUMs with Head of Operations
- Be your own boss, set up your schedule, keep yourself organized and on track
- If in India there is an option to work from home or work from office located in Noida
Some Must Have Skills:
- Fluent in English with an American accent
- Proven experience in cold calling and sales, preferably in marketing or related fields
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills for tracking and following up with prospects
- Comfortable with a commission-based remuneration structure
- Eagerness to work with a team of likeminded marketing nerds and desire to get your foot in the door of a growing Marketing Firm
