We have a talented team of professional designers and in-house production staff to meet the vast needs of our customers. Our Sales Team uses a partnership approach to connect with potential clients through strategic outreach and development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support Business Development initiatives and contribute to our company's growth.
Job Summary
As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain a deep understanding of the firm’s product to communicate your value propositions effectively. Success in this role will be demonstrated by developing and implementing strategies to increase sales qualified appointments (SQAs), meet sales quotas, expand the customer base, and boost revenues. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in Business Development and a passion for building successful partnerships.
Responsibilities, not limited to:
· Uncover and create well-qualified new opportunities through email and phone outreach and discovery meetings.
· Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute outbound campaigns (emails, calls, sales materials) to book demos/meetings with relevant leads.
· Research and prospect ideal customers and gather critical lead information through open-ended questions and thoughtful conversations.
· Understand the business, needs, and the buying cycle of the leads, building and nurturing relationships.
· Represent IDX with integrity and professionalism in all written and oral communications while highlighting IDX’s value proposition and key selling points to raise interest.
· Use CRM and other best-in-practice tools for your daily activity and process.
· Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met.
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training
· Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related industry.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales support, Business Development, or a similar role.
· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
· Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills.
· Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
o Must provide quantifiable new client acquisition metrics from previous employment.
· Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
