Business Development Representative

Smarket Masters Promotions is seeking a Full-Time Business Development Representative!

We are a fast paced, young, fun, and chic Social Media Automotive Digital Ad Agency located in Trinity, Florida. What are we looking for? We are seeking candidates that are outgoing, personable, and looking for growth opportunity in our rapidly expanding company’s BDC!

What would you do?

• Respond and moderate Facebook comments and messages from automotive customers seeking information on sales events across the country
• Engage and schedule/confirm/reschedule sales appointments for your assigned automotive dealerships
• Work with your team to achieve appointment goals for our dealership’s sales events
• Reach out to automotive dealerships in real-time to escalate client concerns, feedback, or questions
• Work within our agency's HubSpot CRM to build out prospecting lists
• Some data entry required

Requirements:

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional appearance and mannerism
• Customer service, sales, or telemarketing background a plus but not required
• Computer literacy with dual monitor proficiency, strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to type 55+ WPM
• High level of energy and professionalism while communicating via Facebook messenger, text, or email
• Ability to learn and follow our BDC scripting process confidently and fluidly
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license

• Closed Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
• Some weekends required
• Flexibility with scheduling each week. We are a team and understand life work balance is a real concern for everyone

Experience:

• Automotive Sales or BDC a plus but not required
• Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
