Your Qualifications:
- Successful completion of entrance exam.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting, preferably with heavy machinery.
- Advanced knowledge of the following maintenance disciplines: AC/DC motors, gearbox mechanics, lubrication principles, welding, cutting torch, NFPA 70E, and common maintenance tools.
- Intermediate knowledge of pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, stick and tig welding and rigging principles.
- Team-oriented with communication skills required to work with supervisors, engineers, maintenance, and production operators.
- Ability to work a 12 hr rotating shift including days, nights, and two weekends a month.
Your Purpose:
You will perform maintenance and repair operations necessary to keep the mill, equipment, machinery, and tools in good operating conditions; working in the many and diversified capacities required in maintenance.
Your Work:
- You will have a variety of complex duties requiring considerable care to effectively and efficiently dismantle, repair, lubricate, reassemble, as wells as general maintenance in varied capacities such as an electrician, machine repair, millwright.
- You will conduct preventive maintenance through inspecting, adjusting feed, speed power input and output, cleaning, and lubricating equipment.
- You will tear down, replace, repair, install, and assemble equipment, parts, components, and accessories.
- You will detect and report faulty material, environmental hazards, and/ or improper operation of mill equipment or machinery.
