Job Title: Compliance Coordinator
Pay Range: $23.50/HR *DIRECT HIRE*
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Office Location: Allen, Texas - OnSite
Job Responsibilities:
Help deliver comprehensive Network Lease Administrative support for a major US wireless communications provider
Ensure all documentation needed per client is organized and up to date
Email landlords and property owners updates or documentation as needed
Assist with processing documents and ensuring they are input correctly into appropriate databases
Correct inaccurate or missing data fields
Requirements
Knowledge of real estate principles and contract drafting preferred
College degree, paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience
