Responsible of the materials provision for the production requirements: quality, quantity, on time delivery and cost. Proper materials stock levels assurance through warehouse to production workstations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to keep the area safe and secure, following compliance.
Responsible for obtaining the necessary materials, coordinating its activities with the purchasing department and with logistic shipments to fulfill the production and shipment programs.
Maintain a close communication with the production and engineering in order to keep inventories on what is needed.
Responsible for: planning, programming and failure detection
problem solving on every materials/logistics function at the EIP warehousing activities.
Track production orders and establish daily working relationships with the purchasing department to expedite the delivery of materials.
Complete documentation including preparation of commercial invoices, certifications, hazardous materials, shippers export declarations, bills of lading, international airway bills, packing slips, shipping instructions and country-specific requirements needed.
Manage third party shipping systems/software (FedEx/UPS/T&T).
Responsible for the shipping process (logistic and paperwork related) from AMETEK Hidalgo, Texas distribution center.
In charge for raw material receiving activities along with all inventory transactions on company web platforms.
EDUCATION & SKILLS
1 year of experience in the área.
Knowledge of computer packages (Microsoft Office).
Demonstrated experience on ERP systems, such as MAX, SAP, Oracle or similar.
Desirable experience in forklift driving.
Effective communication, conflic resolution and emmotional intelligence.

Salary Minimum: $30,000
