Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective verbal and written communication.
- Responsively handle and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from clients.
- Generate and deliver quotes tailored to client needs.
- Manage and maintain our Customer Engagement Management (CEM) system, HubSpot.
- Provide crucial administrative support to streamline operations.
- Conduct research and create insightful trend reports, engaging with prospects both verbally and via social channels.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop presentations, reports, sales materials, and support resources.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in both oral and written communication.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, with HubSpot experience being a plus.
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional proofreading skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Confident in sharing opinions and identifying errors when necessary.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards work.
- A strong desire to take ownership of tasks and drive independent execution.
- Enthusiastic about providing premium support and contributing to the development of new opportunities.
- Strong B2B sales management.
- Experience in metrics reports.
- ITAD knowledge/background.
