Your Profile:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our US team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the additive manufacturing (AM) industry, with an understanding of the market landscape, customer needs, and industry trends. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with clients in the AM sector. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
- Identify and target key accounts, industries, and market segments for Business Development and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting and acquiring new clients and opportunities
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements in collaboration with senior management and legal teams
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and achieve sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities
What you should bring to the table:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Additive Manufacturing (AM) industry
- Knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies, processes, materials, and applications
- Be a US Citizen residing in Texas, Florida, Michigan or California (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field - Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive, result-driven, and self-motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools
