POSITION SUMMARY
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, qualify, and create sales opportunities by:
    • Timely review and response to inbound RFPs from existing and new clients that are evaluated for upside potential within established thresholds.
    • Leading specifically targeted campaigns into Large B2C and B2B clients and scaled experiential agencies for large, multiyear, multimillion-dollar opportunities that deliver on the growth aspirations of the Elevate business.
    • Analyzing and proactively targeting the influencers and powerbase within a prospect to maximize the opportunity for Elevate.
    • Drive and manage the sales process from initial prospects to closed and onboarded clients.
    • Effectively manage and accurately forecast sales opportunities against established KPIs.
    • Manage the commercial offer with the client to ensure value for money while meeting or exceeding the financial hurdle rates of the Elevate business.
  • Work closely with the in-house leadership, marketing, and solutions teams to identify the correct prospects through careful segmentation combined with considered outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the global sales team with prospects and opportunities that span individual markets.
  • Active engagement and participation in specific events and active, productive client and industry networking.
  • Track all relevant sales activity utilizing HubSpot.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs' as defined by the business.
  • Create and Present Customized Decks and Proposals for RFP Responses and Pitches
  • Manage the Contracting Process of New Clients
  • Accurately create quotes for various types of activations/events and achieve target Gross Profit margins.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
  • Using HubSpot as a primary tool to manage contacts and ensure they are kept accurate and up to date at all times

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience selling.
  • Proven track record of success in Business Development, sales, or related roles. Preferably within a marketing agency or property setting at an enterprise level in value-based solutions.

Skills:

  • Demonstrable evidence of track record of sales success in the digital, marketing, experiential, events, and or creative space
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Understanding and ability to evidence the use of data and insight as a lever and differentiator in sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated enterprise sales success track record of exceeding targets, recognition amongst peers, and awards.
  • Track record of building relationships with large corporate senior line-of-business and Marketing, executives, procurement, and management.
  • Proven 'hunter' (new business) selling skills.
  • Experience working with SalesForce and HubSpot would be highly preferable.
  • Experience with PPT pitch deck creation preferred.
  • Microsoft Office - Excel, PPT & Word Proficiency
  • Passion for working with people and a desire to deeply understand and demonstrate Elevate's skills and functionality, use cases, and business and technical elements.
  • Elite communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, proposal writing/creation presentation skills.
  • Experience with and effective execution of a complex, value-based sales process
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company where change is a constant.
  • Highly driven individual with an exemplary work ethic
  • Able to function independently as well as collaboratively with Elevate team members.
  • Passionate about developing and delivering exceptional outcomes and results for clients.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods while completing work on a computer
  • Ability to lift ten (10) or more pounds
  • Ability to move throughout the workplace
