Job Description:
As the IT Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, prime vendors, and strategic partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and increasing revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and cultivate relationships with potential clients, prime vendors, and strategic partners in the IT industry.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to develop compelling proposals and solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, report on key insights, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on Business Development activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
