Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic people manager to join as our Publisher Development Manager. You will lead and mentor a cross-functional Publisher Development team and foster an environment of accountability while ensuring KPIs are met and team members are supported in their professional growth. This is a full-time, remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor team members across dimensions of Publisher Development skills, client development, and AdMedia’s product offerings
- Remain accountable for the team’s achievement of KPIs that drive pipeline and growth plans
- Ensure the team maintains quality data-hygiene in revenue systems
- Exemplify a team-first attitude and model our cultural values of communication, collaboration, and accountability
- Identify and resolve issues across the Publisher Development and affiliate management functions
- Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics
- Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely
- 3+ years minimum in digital publisher business development
- 3+ years of affiliate management experience
- 1+ years in a people management role with 5+ direct reports
- Ability to create and foster rapport with Publisher Development team and ensure goals are being achieved
- Strong objection handler, with ability to think-on-feet
- Ability to articulate a strong understanding of advertising campaign strategies
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Search Engine Marketing
