- Define and meticulously maintain a pipeline of strategic targets for growth, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and avoiding conflicts with regional goals.
- Proactively develop and nurture new customer relationships aimed at enhancing the brand presence of Sinclair Stations in identified geographies.
- Collaborate closely with area sales representatives and work in coordination with the Director of Sales to facilitate smooth customer onboarding. Ensure the timely delivery of commitments to our partners.
- Manage the negotiation, signing, and sign-off processes of new sites. Ensure a seamless transition to the appropriate region or sales territory, guaranteeing successful onboarding and operationalization.
- Support growth-focused initiatives, providing tactical guidance and operational support to ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain frequent and effective communication with Regional Managers, Director of Business Development, and Director of Sales. Foster a collaborative environment that facilitates the exchange of critical information for strategic decision-making.
