Full-time, fully remote position in sales, regularly working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday with 40 + hour work week. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full time, salaried, and exempt.
Duties
- Coordinate new plan set up between Business Development Director/Senior Vice President and Implementation team
- Assist in plan development and design discussions
- Support Director/Senior Vice President with RFP process
- Participate in sales presentations
- Construct proposals and fee quotes as requested by Director or Senior Vice President
- Conduct regular follow-up on outstanding proposals and fee quotes
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both internal and external vendor representatives for benefit plans
- Support advisors, brokers and clients with questions regarding new plan set up and current plans
- Maintain current department forms for set up
- Work together with marketing to develop and maintain marketing materials
- Attend advisor/broker sponsored events and meetings
- Work closely with advisors/brokers that provide services for employers to strengthen service relationships
- Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time
- Keep current on all laws and regulations regarding benefit plans
- Meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
- Complete other projects as assigned by Director or Senior Vice President
Qualifications

- Be well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Be personable, highly motivated, hardworking and have a positive attitude
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy of work and maintain an organized approach to duties and responsibilities
- Have strong computer skills including typing and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Flexibility to work outside standard work hours
- Ability to work well within a team
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or work-related experience preferred. Experience in welfare or retirement industry preferred.
Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time. Presentations are a large part of the position where standing could be for extended periods of time.
Travel Requirements - This position is frequently out of the office and requires overnight travel several times during the year.
