Who are we looking for?

A dedicated business coach and facilitator who is passionate about entrepreneurship and Business Development.

This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including prepping, monitoring student progress, leading group coaching sessions, running group classes, and providing comprehensive facilitation for our 6-month program and other initiatives.

Our coaching process involves both group and one-on-one sessions. They will also be responsible for overseeing and leading group classes, group coaching sessions, as well as providing one-on-one coaching to clients.

We value coaches with certification from an ICF approved program, with a preference for those who have expertise in emotional intelligence and incorporate mindfulness-based practices into their coaching methodologies. Our ideal candidate finds fulfillment in helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses and enhance their lives.

• Stay up to date on current trends in Business Development tactics that work

In this role, you will also:

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate on Business Development, Leadership and Mindfulness.
• Lead classes and workshops, and facilitate series for corporate organizations.
• Coaching clients as they plan, develop, build and deploy their business plan
• Works closely with clients to develop personalized Business Development and career plans so that they can use their strengths to approach their goals effectively.
• Occasionally have re-enrollment or retention calls with our students or get on the phone to resolve a gnarly issue
• Maintain relationships with firms or corporate stakeholders
• Assist in determining client communications strategies.
• Edit existing Facilitator Guides and develop new programs.
• Execute training activities as directed by the Krishtel Team, facilitate weekly training calls, contribute to content development, create training decks for regular check-ins and activities, and coach and train existing coaches, providing feedback, and exemplifying the service experience.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment between learning initiatives and organizational objectives
