```Overview```
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to contribute to the success of a dynamic company. This position will be required to set routes, meet with insurance adjusters, insurance agents, plumbing companies, realtors and other professionals that see water damage, fire damage and mold regularly. An outside national coaching program will be included to guide the representative's interactions and set realistic goals.
```Duties```
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and set appointments
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with potential customers
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and explain the value of our products and services
- Research and identify new market opportunities for Business Development
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM software
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in outside sales or Business Development is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of property insurance industry or restoration sales is desirable
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
