Job Overview: As a Business Development Coordinator Associate, you will be an integral part of our Business Development team, responsible for supporting and implementing strategies to drive business growth. This role involves engaging with customers, managing leads, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
- Handle inbound leads from various sources, including phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and distribute them to the appropriate sales team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Customer Engagement:
- Initiate outbound calls and emails to potential customers to gather information, address inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Provide information about the dealership's products, services, and promotions to generate interest and increase customer engagement.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and handover of qualified leads.
- Provide ongoing support to sales representatives by assisting with customer follow-ups and maintaining communication throughout the sales process.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in analyzing Business Development data, including lead conversion rates, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Prepare regular reports for management to evaluate the effectiveness of Business Development strategies and recommend improvements.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Monitor customer satisfaction through follow-up communication and feedback collection.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or Business Development role is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
