Requirements:
2 years Dental Office Management experience
Proven history of growing a dental practice
Multi-doctor experience
Billing is a must! You must know how to bill insurance
Business acumen is a must: Reading PnLs, overhead, how to drive down overhead while increasing profits
Must LOVE to interact with teams and people– this is a very outgoing position and requires a lot of social IQ
