- Acts as a main point of contact for all Application questions and challenges.
- Works cross functionally with IT, Property Management, Finance, and other departments as part of a support team to cover the end-to-end functionality of the system.
- Handles IT Helpdesk tickets related to Application support including access requests, errors, and improvement requests.
- Develop, schedule, plan, organize and conduct instructor-led training as well as develop, design, and deploy self-paced web-based training for the operations aspects of property management.
- Develop programs and classes with instructional material, classroom handouts, study aides or any other resources that can be presented with instructor-led type training.
- Proactively audit and maintain database health - consistently monitoring and working with team members to clean the database.
- Assess and identify gaps/issues in our current systems and processes and recommend ways to address them.
- Provide personal and telephone training and support for specific and immediate concerns on an as needed basis.
- Assist with the administration of new Business Applications.
- Collaborate with the supervisor and manager to create documentation around systems, processes, automations, etc.
- Listen, understand the end user needs, and provide suggestions as well as answers to improve customers’ use and satisfaction.
- Provide systems support to on-site and corporate personnel, primarily for the One-Site Property Management software suite.
- Conduct and oversee the setup of property data in the software system for all new take-over properties.
- Review and analyze effectiveness and efficiency of assigned system and develop strategies for improving and further leveraging these systems.
- Create and deploy feedback mechanisms for end users: analyze results, make recommendations for improvement, and implement changes.
- Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for solutions to prevent future problems.
- Evaluate and assess new platforms when needed to meet changing or evolving business needs/requirements.
- Conduct research into software application products and services in support of development and purchasing efforts.
- Provide support for testing new and existing software applications under development or consideration for purchase.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous training experience for AMSI, MRI, OneSite, and Yardi Property Management software.
- Experience with OneSite Property Management would be preferable.
- Must have Operations experience.
- Ideally have experience in property management operations at a site level.
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Microsoft Office 365 sharing, collaboration, and workflows.
- Ability to multi-task, balancing several competing priorities.
- Strong problem solving and analytic skills to isolate problems, recommend solutions and implementation of solutions.
- Excellent listening and critical thinking skills – ability to learn quickly, understand current processes and requirements and identify new tools or ways of working that achieve business objectives.
