Business Analyst (Forecasting and Modeling) (New Health Care Company)

The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, assessing performance, and providing insights to support key business decisions. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Develop financial models and forecasts, assessing the impact of various scenarios on business outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends, market changes, and economic indicators to provide insights and recommendations.
• Aid various teams in drawing insight from data and focus on business-facing analytics, predictive modeling, forecasting, and models.
• Prepare comprehensive reports/dashboards, highlighting key insights and recommendations for management.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or Business Administration

AND
In addition to the above requirements, the 5 years of experience with the following are also required:

• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques.
• Visualization tools, including Tableau and/or PowerBI
• Strong knowledge of Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Effective communication skills to present findings with the use of dashboards/PowerPoint and recommendations to stakeholders.
• R, Python, and SQL skills are required.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics from an accredited institution
• Previous experience analyzing data in the healthcare/durable medical equipment industry
• Previous experience analyzing supply chain data
• Project management software experience, such as Jira.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $103,233 - $126,174, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
