Business Analyst- Remote

The successful candidate will perform business systems analysis and is responsible for work that involves applying analytical processes to the planning, design and implementation of new and improved business information systems and business processes to meet the business requirements of customer organizations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Establish positive working relationships with cross-functional teams involved with project execution.
Communicate professionally during stressful situations, resolving problems effectively and positively.
Be a thought partner in updating current processes based on business strategy and priority.
Support rollout process changes to the entire organization.
Performs thorough determination of user needs at the system or process level.
Creates process diagrams to document current and future business processes.
Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications.

Job Skills

Skilled in verbal and written communication related to interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service.
Ability to develop and maintain documentation by the Department's standards.
Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
