" 9+ years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required
" At least 3+ years of experience in the health insurance industry is required
" Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the
Business Analyst Level 3 and above, and relationship managers
" Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD, RTM, User Stories
" Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies
