Job Summary
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday – No Nights, No Weekends
- 37.5 Hour Work Week paid bi-weekly --- $21.55/hour with potential performance increase after 60 days.

Job Responsibilities
- Entering payments received via check, credit card, and ACH, as well as follow-up needed with discrepancies.
- Monitoring, maintaining, and distributing from the Branch account group email.
- Answering all Accounts Receivable Department switchboard calls in a prompt and professional manner.
- Research, follow up, and resolve all internal or external inquiries or problems via phone, mail, or e-mail in a professional manner and within established customer service guidelines.
- Entering Cabinet Allowance for Branch Accounts when requested.
- Entering and deleting credit cards from customer accounts and following up with the Branch on expiration dates for customer dedicated credit cards.
- Posting branch routes routinely in preparation for cycle counts.
- Communicate with branch personnel on all branch account payments and past due invoices.
- Monthly monitoring of branch books, as well as expired Credit Cards.
- Perform all tasks as assigned from the A/R and Audit, Internal Auditors, and/or the A/R Manager according to established performance and customer service quality standards.
- All employees who work in the department cross train on the department's responsibilities. This means you may have to occasionally take on tasks outside the normal scope of your job.

- Must have basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, correspondence, and procedure manuals.

- Must be able to solve practical everyday problems with little to no assistance.
- Strong Communication and Organizational skills.
- Must have sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize workload in an efficient manner.
