- This is a commission-only sales position. However, the commission is paid on the account you get for the life of that account. We are looking for ambitious individuals who are driven to be successful to join us. Willing to learn and put in the work to be successful with us.
- You will be carrying out a combination of cold calling, email marketing, and door-to-door sales. We will keep track of where your leads are coming in, to help create a more targeted and successful campaign so that you close more and earn more.
- The Manager at West Texas Commercial Cleaning will be working with you to quote the prices of your leads and eventually present a contract to close the deal. As you progress, you will also receive training on making quotes for leads you bring in, so that you close your leads on-the-spot.
- An allowance will be provided to cover expenses.
Job Type:
- Full-time/Part-time (at least 20 hours a week).
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay:
- Commission-only pay.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell cleaning services to existing and prospective customers.
- You will be executing a combination of cold calling, email marketing, and door-to-door sales
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Map out the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Growth into a Sales Manager position.
Requirements and skills
- Willing to learn and put in the work to be successful.
- Reliable commute.
- Clear and effective Presentation skills.
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- Knowledge of cold calling, warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Results Orientation: getting things done in alignment with Company objectives.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Comfortable driving up to 75% of the time within a 30-mile radius, due to visiting Customers.
- Bilingual (a plus)
