Join our dynamic team at All Type Professional Door Service, Inc. where you'll play a crucial role in handling a comprehensive range of accounting responsibilities for the company. Monday through Friday (hours to be determined). Pay to be determined upon experience.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
1.Processing accounts receivable payments. Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance, etc.
2.Managing the accounts payable process, involving the distribution and approval of vendor invoices.
3.Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; filing reports and advise management on needed actions
4.Booking cash receipts to maintain accurate financial records.
5.Tackling tasks and assignments as required.
6.Bank Deposits when needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

• Experience in QuickBooks
• Microsoft Office
• Associates in Bookkeeping
• Previous bookkeeping experience preferred
• Experience in QuickBooks
