Bookkeeper - Quickbooks

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions using Quickbooks Enterprise
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices, making payments, and reconciling statements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering data into accounting software
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements using Quickbooks Enterprise records
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or trends
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role using Quickbooks Enterprise
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in using accounting software, Quickbooks Enterprise and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of tax regulations and familiarity with tax preparation processes
- Experience in public accounting is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
