My Accounting Crew is a fast-growing accounting firm looking for a cloud accountant to help us care for a growing client base. We’re passionate about using online, cloud-based tools to serve small business owners. We offer Business Advisory, Accounting & Bookkeeping, and Tax Preparation services.

As a cloud accountant/bookkeeper, you will be responsible for providing bookkeeping and accounting services to our clients remotely. You will work closely with our team of accountants and customer success managers to ensure that all client needs are met. Responsibilities are listed below:

• Managing and maintaining clients' accounting records using cloud-based accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Online, Xero)
• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
• Prepare and Post Journal Entries
• Generating financial reports for clients
• Collaborating with our customer success managers to ensure that clients' needs are met and issues are resolved quickly
• Staying up-to-date with changes to accounting laws and regulations
• Performs light research on systems, tools, and products for usage in firm.
• Other duties, as requested by firm

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (Preferred, not required)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting
• Experience using cloud-based accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Online, Xero)
• Tech Savvy
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Good internet connection

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
