TITLE:BOOKKEEPER
ABOUT THE JOB:Seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a food manufacturer in the Fresno area. Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a full-charge Bookkeeper. You will be responsible for a “blended desk”: includes assisting with Payroll, administrative duties and customer service support. Primary duties will include processing/verifying invoices to insure accurate and timely payment of all bills. Responsible for A/P invoices for posting/payout, process bank transactions, AR credit memos, inventory, vendor relations and more.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-5 years of experience in F/C Bookkeeping along with administrative/clerical/CSR experience.
• College Degree preferred but not required.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products as well as any
accounting-specific software. Ideally MAS90.
• Detail oriented and task focused with excellent communication skills.
