• Our company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who is proficient in Quick Books to join our office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, tracking expenses, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a working knowledge of bookkeeping software. Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records and documents.
• Perform data entry and record keeping tasks.
• Prepare invoices, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Analyze and review financial data for accuracy.
• Assist with payroll and accounts payable/receivable functions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
