These include Private Lending into the real estate market, Private Investing, Real Estate workshops and proprietary products around the real estate business. This position is based out of the headquarters in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter Bookkeeper who can thrive in a fast-paced, high volume accounting environment.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions, and ensuring legal requirement compliance.

· Develop system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts & defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.

· Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

· Balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.

· Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.

· Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.

· Maintain historical records by filing documents.

· Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

· Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred)
• Data entry skills, ability to analyze information, deal with complexity and attention to detail
• Excel experience required
• Ability to work well in a team environment
