Job Description
The Bookkeeper assists with overseeing the companys financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. They perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.

Responsibilities
Verify cash controls.
Create a daily sales report in Excel.
Using R365, perform various functions: including but not limited to:
Entering invoices, paid-outs, and check stubs into payroll system.
Verify payroll entries against invoices and paid outs.
Code invoices with general ledger codes and submit them to Corporate for payment.
Work with management every Tuesday accurately take inventory and help management compile weekly profit and loss statements.
Review and edit time and attendance daily, to include proper allocation of tips, tip outs, shortages and allocation of vacation. Meet final approval deadline weekly for payroll processing.
Print and analyze various reports from OnePOS Manager Console followed by occasional corrections within the system.
When necessary, write a few checks for payment.
Perform general administration duties which include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones
Creating memos
Assist General Manager as needed
Aid in projects or other assignments as needed.
Interact with management, employees, and at times, customers, helping with requests when necessary.
Reports to:
General Manager
Times:
Hours: 25 hours/week (will vary some)
Tuesday: 7:30 am to 2:00 pm (will vary some)
Monday & Wednesday Friday: 8:00 am Noon (will vary some)
Qualifications
Must be proficient in general bookkeeping duties, data entry, Excel, Word, and Ten-Key, and have a good knowledge of Outlook (email).
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with a diverse group of employees, customers, and purveyors
Must be able to meet deadlines and be detailed oriented
