Bookkeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial concepts, excellent technical accounting skills, and proficiency in accounting in QuickBooks software.

Duties:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

- Reconcile balance sheet accounts

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

- Assist with the preparation of financial statements

- Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting

- Provide support during audits

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and technical accounting principles

- Proficiency in Quickbooks accounting software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
