We are a growing professional services firm looking for a Bookkeeper with extensive QuickBooks knowledge to assist with the company’s accounts. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the full cycle of accounting duties for the company. This includes entering vendor and expense invoices, preparing bank reconciliations and other accounting requests as needed.
The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of verifiable experience and proven track record of success, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of QuickBooks Desktop Current Experience
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Handle governmental accounting tasks, including compliance with regulations and reporting requirements
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Complete bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recordkeeping of transactions
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer account maintenance
- Participate in budgeting process and provide support in monitoring expenses and revenue
- Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor payments and expense reimbursements
