Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact in financial matters related to client concerns and needs
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of financial updates and accounts
- Work with administration and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Maintain a detailed financial history of client accounts and assist account managers in communicating with clients.
- Provide financial account support to your team, and maintain an organized, clean office environment
- Provide direct administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes
- Maintain filing system and a contact database such as a CRM
- Undergraduate or equivalent experience
- Proven accounting experience
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Be willing to learn new skills and be detailed oriented
- Proficient in Google Workspace, especially with Google Sheets with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Previous success in financial accounting
- Experience managing budgets and expenses
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Experience with a CRM is a plus.
