Prerequisite:

• 16 years of age or older.
• Passion for food and people.
• Prefer someone with Restaurant/Cafe work experience.
• Awesome, Energetic Attitude and personality.
• Be willing to take direction and work both independently and with a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 8 hours daily, or as needed.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Reliable Transportation to and from work.
• Good to have ServSafe Food handler or ServSafe Manager Certification.

Duties including:

• Prepare the store for opening and perform daily store closing duties.
• Perform daily cleaning of the store and keep the store clean.
• Get to know our menu items from the inside out.
• Connect with guests on the line and anticipate their needs.
• Deliver fast, friendly, excellent customer service.
• Prepare Boba, Ice-Cream base and syrups for store operation.
• Make the best Rolled Ice Cream, Boba Tea, Milkshakes and other drinks.
• Operate POS system.
• Read directions and memorize productions.
• Follow the checklist to complete daily tasks .
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant.
• Other duties as assigned.

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
