Overview: As a Team Member in our Boba Tea and Rolled Ice Cream Shop, you will play a crucial role in creating a delightful experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of boba teas and Rolled Ice creams, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service. Your friendly and energetic demeanor will contribute to the positive atmosphere of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
Boba Tea Preparation:Prepare and serve a diverse range of boba tea beverages according to standard recipes.
Handle ingredients, including tea, milk, syrups, and boba pearls, with precision and consistency.
Customize orders based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
Rolled Ice Cream Production:Skillfully create and roll Ice cream using specialized equipment and fresh ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards while handling Ice cream ingredients and equipment.
Creatively present Rolled Ice cream with visually appealing toppings and drizzles.
Customer Service:Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and process transactions accurately.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Maintaining Cleanliness:Keep workstations and serving areas clean and organized.
Follow food safety guidelines and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Perform regular cleaning tasks, such as dishwashing, sweeping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Product Knowledge:Stay informed about the menu, including new offerings and seasonal specials.
Educate customers about the various boba tea flavors, toppings, and Rolled Ice cream options.
Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with other Team Members to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to address any issues or improvements.
Upselling and Promotion:Actively promote special offers, promotions, and new products to increase sales.
Suggest complementary items to enhance the customer experience.
Cash Handling:Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly.
Keep the cash register balanced and report any discrepancies to the manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or the food and beverage industry is preferred.
