SalaryOur well-established, top performing national law firm is seeking a Legal Billing Specialist to join our growing Manhattan team.
This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office.
Responsibilities include ensuring invoice precision, reviewing time entries for coding compliance, executing timely bills on E-Billing platforms, and addressing billing inquiries. Applicants need 3+ years of legal billing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong organizational and communication skills. Aderant experience is preferred. The ability to work independently and collaborate with the Billing Manager is essential.
