- Administration of contractor requirements: Producing scopes of work for requests for Production of a Safe Plan of Action for all contract jobs. Identify contractor requirements for outage work and follow projects through to completion.
- Manage and maintain certified equipment, including critical lifting equipment, man lifts, and pressure
- Manage blanket capital projects that fall within the maintenance department including train rail
- Facilitate excellent, two-way flow of Build constructive relationships with management and other departments.
- Provide technical input for solutions to major or long-term
- Provide plant leadership for asbestos abatement activities and ensure we are compliant with the
- Assist production, maintenance, and engineering personnel to optimize plant operations and
- Participate in planning and projects for improvements of production and
- Participate in the Surface On-Call
- Three or more years of demonstrated Project Management
- Demonstrated knowledge of equipment certification
- Demonstrated excellent written & verbal communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced
- Demonstrated outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization
