RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold
Posting of vehicle sales and rebates
Cost accounting
Reviewing for accuracy and packaging automotive retail and lease contracts and customer paperwork
Review and send out Payoff Checks
Assist with month end closing tasks and procedures
Track missing documents and problems connected with your responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
Automotive experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and organizational skills
