Billing Clerk

 

A local company out of Sacramento is searching for an Billing Clerk who will have responsibilities that include customer service, data entry, and applicant screening. Position is full-time long term.  

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm

Location: Sacramento

Pay: $18.50/hour

 

Billing Clerk highlights:  

- Submittal of payroll to corporate office 

- Entering completed jobs onto spreadsheet for audit 

- Sending billing to corporate office for invoicing 

- Assist team with dispatching and answering phones 

- Other duties as assigned

 

What we look for in a Billing Clerk:

- Experience with Microsoft Suite preferred 

- Reliability, punctuality, and excellent attendance is key 

- Outlook, Word, Excel, multi-line phones
