Central Valley Trailer Repair is looking to hire a qualified Service Department billing/ office assistant for our Stockton, Ca branch. Central Valley Trailer Repair, Inc. is the leading west coast semi-trailer parts and service center. CVTR is also the largest west coast Great Dane dealer.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
GREETING CUSTOMERS
ANSWERING TELEPHONE
PROCESS DAILY INVOICES (A/R) EMAIL/MAIL TO CUSTOMERS FOR PAYMENT
COLLECT PAYMENTS FOR CASH CUSTOMERS
ENTER DAILY TIME FROM TIME CARDS INTO WORK IN PROCESS
PROCESS TIME CARDS AND SEND TO PAYROLL
COPY/SCAN/EMAIL & FILE
ASSIT ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WHEN NEEDED (MISSING PO’S/VENDOR INVOICES)
FOLLOW UP WITH VENDORS REGARDING SERVICES WHEN NEEDED
ORDER OFFICE SUPPLIES
Extensive knowledge of the the Microsoft office suite is a huge plus. Must have basic computer skills.
