Role Description
This is a full-time Billing Clerk located in Sacramento CA. The Billing Clerk will be responsible for day-to-day billing processes including invoicing and communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Billing Process and Invoicing skills
- Knowledge of Billing platforms
- Enter data, file billing documents, and maintain files electronically
- Keep track of missing billing items
- Notify business office of any changes
- Answer inquiries via phone and in person
- Perform additional administrative support tasks as assigned or required
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal with Partners as well as clients
- Knowledge of Document Management Systems -
- Basic Accounting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Qualifications of the Billing Clerk
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Billing experience preferred
- Warm, professional demeanor
- High attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong decision-making, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, both independently and collaboratively
- Basic math and computer skills
Salary: $18-22 per hour DOE
