Billing Clerk

Role Description

This is a full-time Billing Clerk located in Sacramento CA. The Billing Clerk will be responsible for day-to-day billing processes including invoicing and communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Billing Process and Invoicing skills
• Knowledge of Billing platforms
• Enter data, file billing documents, and maintain files electronically
• Keep track of missing billing items
• Notify business office of any changes
• Answer inquiries via phone and in person
• Perform additional administrative support tasks as assigned or required
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal with Partners as well as clients
• Knowledge of Document Management Systems -
• Basic Accounting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

Qualifications of the Billing Clerk

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Billing experience preferred
• Warm, professional demeanor
• High attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong decision-making, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, both independently and collaboratively
• Basic math and computer skills

Salary: $18-22 per hour DOE
