SalaryJob responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom activities, including preparing materials, setting up equipment, and maintaining a tidy and organized learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require extra help with assignments, projects, or understanding course material.
- Assist in managing classroom behavior by implementing positive reinforcement strategies and addressing disciplinary issues in accordance with policies.
- Support teachers during lessons by reinforcing key concepts, providing additional explanations, and offering assistance to students with learning difficulties or special needs.
- Assist in grading assignments, quizzes, and exams, and maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in maintaining an orderly classroom.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent, required.
- Previous experience teaching or as a Teaching Assistant, preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred.
- Must have moderate experience with various software systems to include MS Office
- This position requires prolonged standing and sitting and a possible brisk pace in physical education. May require lifting up to 30 lbs. such as P.E. equipment; audiovisual equipment, etc.
Compensation and Benefits:
- 12-month position
- Salary range: $42,000 – 53,000 (salary will be commensurate with education and experience)

Other:
- Must pass a drug test, pass a federal and state background check, and NHHS background check.
- Must have legally resided in the USA for at least 3 years.
