Spy Ninjas HQ is a brand new first of its kind family entertainment center in Las Vegas based on “Spy Ninjas” - the hit family-friendly YouTube series, which has over 44 million subscribers and 15 billion views across multiple branded channels. The park will feature the best in virtual reality, multi-level escape rooms, climbing walls, a trampoline park including dodge ball, over 100 arcade games, ax throwing lanes, and much more! What work looks like:

Our new facility is located at 7980 W Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, NV. The Agents at Spy Ninjas: HQ are the center of the action of all of our features! As an Agent at Spy Ninjas: HQ, you will be knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Ninja’s (guests) interests and needs. You will monitor event activities and safety protocols. You will also be dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation. You will welcome and engage with all Ninjas while being an ambassador for Spy Ninjas: HQ. You will provide answers to questions for all guests about anything Spy Ninjas HQ including general company information, pricing, and attraction information providing exceptional customer service You will help maintain a clean environment with some janitorial duties and attend regularly scheduled Team Member meetings and training sessions. You must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, and lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have an energetic personality, people-oriented, and a team player
• Must have the ability to speak in front of groups
• Must have the availability to work days, nights, and weekends
• Similar experience in amusement parks or hospitality is a plus
• Must have excellent communication and time management skills
• Must be familiar with computer, keyboard, and tablet skills for some positions
• CPR and first aid certification a plus (or willing to become certified)
• Complete and pass a background check
• Must not be afraid of heights for some positions
